What is aacPlus?
This cutting edge codec delivers CD-Quality sound to you at only 48kbps. Using traditional mp3 streaming technologies, it would require 256+Kbps stream to transport the same quality of sound. So what does all this tech talk mean to you, the listener? It means you can listen to The Wolf Radio as If you were playing music on your own CD Player, taking only a fraction of your bandwidth. So even people with slower High-Speed connections can still go about their Internet activities with no interruption of the station*. Currently The Wolf Radio has two aacPlus streams, for people with High-Speed and even Dial-up!
How do I get aacPlus?
You must have a program capable of playing aacPlus audio streams. We recommend Winamp Lite or VLC Player. Links to download these are below:

Notice: People running Winamp 2.x will have to upgrade to at least verison 5.x to get aacPlus support. Also, people running Winamp with the "mp3PRO" codec MUST uninstall the "mp3PRO" codec in order for aacPlus to function correctly.
